RV Park Rules

  1. DRIVE SAFE
    A 10 m.p.h. speed limit will be adhered to throughout the facility.

     

  2. CHECK IN / OUT
    Check-out time is 11 a.m. – no exceptions. If you plan to extend your reservation, please pay the Camp Host before 10 a.m. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE UPON REGISTRATION. Arriving a day late is cause for additional day charge or leaving early on an existing reservation is non refundable.

     

  3. FURRY FRIENDS
    All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside (leash not to exceed 6 feet) and kept inside at night. Pets cannot be left alone outdoors, exhibit excessive barking or allowed around other RV’s. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. NO MORE than 3 dogs per site—no outdoor exercise pens or grooming. Campers who do not follow these rules will be made to leave.

     

  4. KIDS
    Children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Children are not allowed to play in the restrooms, barns or around other RV’s. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their children and guests.

     

  5. KEEP IT CLEAN
    Campsites must be kept clean and neat. Pickup campers are not to be removed from trucks. All pull-type trailers and 5th wheels must have a tow vehicle on site except for daily excursions. No Open Fires are allowed without prior approval and then only with commercial approved off ground outdoor fire containers with spark protectors. Along with your RV, a tow vehicle (1) in the site must be contained on the concrete pad and not on any lawn area or roadway surrounding your site. Overflow parking for your tow if it does not fit on site or any guest parking will be made available at an adjacent parking lot.

     

  6. KEEP IT DOWN
    Quiet hours shall be observed between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Generators cannot be run during quiet hours. Please ensure that speakers, radios, televisions etc. do not emit sound beyond your space.

     

  7. REPAIRS
    Vehicles and RV's must be kept in working order. Repairs and washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited. Some repairs may be preapproved by management if work is being done by an approved mobile repair company and do not present a hazard to ground water, Exposition property or neighboring guest.

     

  8. WASTE
    All waste/sewage water, or effluent from sinks, portable toilets or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited at the sanitary sewage hookup AT YOUR SITE ONLY. All utility connections must be securely fastened and free of any defects or leaks. Any and all sewage spills must be reported to the office immediately! A minimum charge of $50.00 will be accessed for cleaning fees, depending on the amount of the spill.

     

  9. STAY A WHILE
    Space rental is limited to a 28-day stay, with no guarantee of 28 days implied. After 7 days absence, you may return at management’s discretion. No Tent camping or sleeping in vehicles will be allowed on Exposition property. We are a Tourist RV Park only, therefore no local addresses. No permanent rates apply.

     

  10. WORKING RVS ONLY
    RV’s MUST be in good repair (no broken glass, missing doors, duct tape, tarps etc.) and comply with Code Title 25, Chapter 3 of the California Department of Housing and Development in regard to Recreational Vehicles. RV’s being towed in by a tow truck is not permitted in the park, unless the tow truck is th e registered owner of the RV and it is a mode of transportation for the RV.

NOTICE TO GUESTS: PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 799.20, ET SEQ., A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT JUDICIAL HEARING, AFTER THE SERVICE OF A 72 HOUR NOTICE, IF THE OCCUPANT WHO HAS BEEN IN THE PARK FOR 30 DAYS OR LESS, HAS EITHER: (1) FAILED TO PAY FOR HIS/HER OCCUPANCY IN THE PARK, OR (2) FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE PARK’S RULES OR REGULATIONS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
